Descrizione:

A soviet policy encouraging discussion about economic, social, and political issues. It was the start to the democratization of the Soviet Union. It allowed the criticism of government individuals and people were given uncensored freedom of speech. Led to the Soviet states gaining independence, as they were now able to voice their opinions.
