Descrizione:

A counter establishment to the United States’ Marshall Plan made to enforce economic development in the Soviet Union. This allowed for more coordination with Eastern Europe’s railroad and electricity system, as well as the start of the IBEC. However, trade from Western European countries and the U.S. were heavily suppressed, and tensions between the two superpowers developed rapidly.
