The Tsĩvgalèploi term of Rasvãya Muksĩ. Muksĩ was the first Tsĩvgalè to be assassinated. He was assassinated by a Velzen nationalist, named Fajiṕíw Zékswis. He was assassinated due to his recently passed law regarding raising taxes for the Velzen traders and manufacturers who work in Oipienta. Muksĩ's death lead to the start of the 2nd Oipientian Civil War. Muksĩ also won reelection but died two years after his victory.
