The Ming were a dynasty of Emperors that ruled for 1368 to to 1644. They started with Emperor Taizu, who was born as a peasant and even lost his parents during a natural disaster. He managed to climb in ranks after joining a military society and helping to conquer a city. He created an empire of great military discipline and respect for the Emperor.
