Aristotle (1 gen 385 anni a. C. – 31 dic 323 anni a. C.)
Descrizione:
Aristotle focused on biology, rather than maths (like Plato). He believed the world was made up of individuals occurring in fixed natural kinds. Each individual has built-in patterns of development, which help it grow toward becoming a fully developed individual of its kind. In his natural philosophy, Aristotle combines logic with observation to make general, causal claims.
"One swallow does not make a summer, neither does one fine day; similarly one day or brief time of happiness does not make a person entirely happy."
