-Explanation of Basecamp as Project Mgmt. tool to be used for implementing KS.
-Explanation of all To-Dos for Stage 2
-Scheduling of Implementation meeting to kickoff Stage 2 of the implementation.
-Implementation Project Scope to be defined with customer.
-Establish KS Implementation Success Metrics based on customer's expectations.
-Create/Share General KS Implementation Project Timeline, based on Go-Live Date.
-List of all KS Implementations Stakeholders on the customer's end.
-Document customer's current Business Operations Workflow to use as a guide to start documenting their process and during the Training Stage.
-Assign to customer "Company Analysis and Project Setup" to-do's.
