As a child, Jasper was abandoned and was an orphan for a few months until an old, kind couple picked him up on the streets, which he just calls grandma and grandpa. His new grandparents were old and were dependent on Jasper for cooking and household work, so at a young age Jasper was very independent. Jasper also had two childhood best friends named Felicity and Tristan. Felicity was the kind of bratty but sweet only child, while Tristan, a mellow troublemaker, had two older brothers. Tristan’s oldest brother, Mason, went to war, and Logan, his other older brother, lived together with Tristan.
