Is called the flight applied. Everyone was fleeing from Santa Anna because of what he did to the people of the Alamo. They were fleeing to the U.S.(Where most were originally from). Also people were angry at Sam Houston for fleeing. They yelled at him things like” Why don’t you fight! My brother died at the Alamo.” The reason that he was fleeing was because his army wasn’t ready.
