Message from Lorna regarding to see if the room was availibleHelped Lorna by doing a video viewing so that she can also see the room beforehand, to see if this was something she did want to persueHelped Identifying parking for LornaLorna wanted the room, requested to move in Monday 25thLorna changed her mind on moving date to "this Sunday" 24th. I was unable to change my personal plans on Sunday and requested Saturday which resulted in myself moving my personal plans around to accomidiateMove in/paperworkLorna Identified Slats missing in the bed @14:14pmResponded at @14:59 - was at the property before 5pm slats fittedLorna reported blocked rain and requested a large squeegee to help clean.
Also reported that "her" bedding was "stuffed" in the corner of the communal living roomReplied 5 minutes later, to understand more about the blocked shower room.
and also replied saying the bedding was left folded and placed in the corner ready for myself to come back and collect due to having a full car.
Requested she used the shower room upstairs in the meantimeMessaged another tenant regarding the blockage. They "said its slowly draining sometimes, but its never been blocked"Lorna reported blinds falling off the windowResponded @ 12:55 30 minutes of reporting. (there are blinds and also window shutters that operate fully) as an alternative use.
I had agreed to visit that evening to see if I could rectify the blinds, and check the shower room.Message sent to Lorna, The blinds were beyond repairable so taken them off the wall completely.
Also took a look at the shower room and no blockage picture of the drain pipe.
Also notified that there is no blockage and that other tenants had just said it drains slowly. Will be in touch as soon as I have curtains/blinds.@8:45Lorna chasing for the blinds.
and complaints made about her accommodationReplied to Lorna @ 9:08 within 30 minutes.
Had stated Im out of the country (on holiday) and will install curtains on Monday).Next complaint @ 9:32 Stating its completely unacceptable, if your not capable to complete your duties as a landlord/managing agent.
ill give this issue to my solicitor to sort from here onwards. so forth and sor forth
