Arthur Wellesley arrives in India. Arthur's brother, Richard, was the Governor General in India and was able to give Arthur a high end position.

Wellesley's men storm fortress in Gawlighar and triumph. These victories along with General Lake's in the North forced the Mahratta Confederacy to make peace.
