In 221 B.C., the ruler of Qin
proclaimed himself Shi Huangdi,
or "The First Emperor".Legalism was a very different school
of thought from Confucianism or Daoism.
Legalism was based on the teachings of Hanfeizi,
who died in 233 B.C.The Qin Dynasty collapses
when Shi Huangdi died in 210 B.C.
