leave the party, and she proceeds to pass out behind a nearby dumpster
Turner assaults her early the next morning, and is arrested18 January 2015
Turner posts $150,000 bail and is released from jail with no charges28 January 2015
Turner is formally charged with two counts of rape,
two counts of penetration, and one count of assault

A judge tosses out the rape charges, but Turner is still
ordered to stand trial on the remaining charges9 may 2016
