A.XXII.I - Voter age lowered from 25 to 18.
A.XXII.II - Criminals of mortal offenses are barred from voting.
A.XXII.III - Right for juries to bar defendants from voting if viable to their offense.
A.XXII.IV - Right to protest peacefully.
A.XXII.V - Does not protect the banning of political parties as seen in the CR's case, Bèdílaṡ (KNÃ) vs. Yãloskíriv [1970].
