this is the first compilation of the trilogy ever released. it features spruced up graphics based on the initial drawings made for the GBA games, and some dialogue changed to better reflect the tone of the story. it also has the ability to be displayed in stereoscopic 3d, which is a fun thing to mess around with in my opinion. however, it was only ever released on the nintendo eshop in the west.
