The General Assembly:

Expresses gratitude to the Commissioner-General and staff of UNRWA, specialized agencies, and private organizations for their continued efforts in assisting Palestine refugees.

Thanks the UN Conciliation Commission for Palestine for its efforts on the refugee issue per resolution 194 (III) and requests continued efforts with directly concerned Member States.

Requests the Secretary-General to provide necessary staff and facilities to the Conciliation Commission.

Extends UNRWA's mandate until 30 June 1965.

Highlights UNRWA's precarious financial position and urges non-contributing governments to contribute and contributing governments to consider increasing their contributions.
