Nick Fury assembles a response team codenamed Avengers to covertly deploy against Soviet threats. They are based out of The Clarion, a top secret facility in Bonn, Germany. The team consists of Phineas Horton and his Synthetic Man (with Jim Hammond as it's pilot), and Christoph Nord. Isaiah Bradley is released from prison and added to the team as well.
