Herbert Wyndham is released from prison for conspiracy. Making contact with Hydra, he moves to Argentina and becomes one of Strucker's researchers. Using information stolen from Project: Rebirth, and new theories Wyndham had been considering, they begin planning to develop the Akkaba Lebensborn as the foundation of their Hydra master race. The project is named Ichor, after the blood of the gods. With the children only three, they must wait years to begin work.
