Heinrich Himmler instructs the Race and Settlement Central Bureau of the SS to identify any mutants who come from proven Aryan stock. This included finding women who can be expected to produce children with socially acceptable and valuable abilities, and men who would be able to breed with them. Among those found are Wilhelm Lohmer and Julia Koenig.
