In the 2015 United States elections for the World Zionist Congress, various factions competed for the 145 seats allocated to U.S. delegates. The Conservative movement's Mercaz faction secured 25 seats, followed by the modern Orthodox religious Zionist faction Mizrachi with 24 seats. Other groups, including new entrants and smaller slates, won between 1 and 10 seats.

Participants from the U.S. were chosen through elections that ran from January 13 to April 30, 2015, involving 11 competing slates. These included diverse groups such as the American Forum for Israel representing Russian-speaking Jews, the Green Zionist Alliance focusing on environmental issues, and the Zionist Organization of America emphasizing the defense of Jewish and Israeli rights. Established organizations like Hadassah and Emunah did not participate in the elections but were automatically assigned seats due to their longstanding contributions to the Zionist movement.
