What: israel is located in the middle east and it has lots of holy sites, such as the Western Wall, the Dome of the Rock and the Al Aqsa Mosque.
Why: Jewish people didn't have their own country
Impact: Israel is now a country to stay, and as of recent, it has been conflicting with a country made much later (1988) Palestine
