Following a wave of suicide bombings, Israeli conducts its largest military operation into the West Bank since the 6 Day War in 1967. Lasting for slightly over a month, the IDF occupies several Palestinian cities with the stated goal of destroying terrorist infrastructure. Around 500 Palestinians are killed, compared to 30 Israelis.
