Artemis 8 photographs a city on the dark side of the moon. SHIELD, alarmed by its presence, recruits Reed Richards onto a team to investigate. Richards recommends Sue Storm be brought onto the team for her research on LIDAR. The team determine that they need more data. It is agreed that the second moon landing will be dedicated to investigating the city.
