Seriously?? Think about how many people know about this right now. Even the uneducated natives in mexico know where the heart is and they know blood circulates in the veins in their arms. WE'RE TALKING ABOUT PEOPLES OWN BODIES HERE. The year in which this was discussed in a book is recorded in history as 390 years ago! Ridiculous.
