The Legion of Shenandoah was founded in 241 and was created by the inhabitants of the City of Shenandoah which was founded over 60 years ago. The Ideology of the Legion was the same as the founding of the City of Shenandoah which was to be a haven to newcomers. The Legion would go to spawn and regularly recruit newcomers into the ranks of the legion.

The Legion was heavily inspired by Valkryia and the Nations Symbol of a Dragon was very similar to the Valkyrian Eagle. Later on the Legion would join an alliance with Valkryia and several other nations
