Law No. 10.85, 02.10.1859: Anti-Aristocratic Party Expulsion Act

The AA Party Expulsion Act (AAPEA/ÍNBP) marked the first party expulsion of Oipientian history. It was an extremely important law that began the curtail on political freedom of beliefs that would heavily influence the rise of the Tothek and Tasak dictatorships. With the power to expel political parties, the government could easily control the voices of dissenters.

However, after the passing of the 22nd Amendment, the ÍNBP was invalidated.
