Around 200 girl students were kidnapped from the Government Girls Secondary School 81 miles west of Maiduguri, Nigeria by Boko Haram. The Boko Haram attackers arrived in the town around 9 am, and headed straight to the school after killing two soldiers. They proceeded to kidnap the girls, as well as burn down many houses and buildings in the town.
