With only a few members of congress available the Federal Reserve Act is created and signed into law by President Woodrow WIlson. This law provided private ownership of the Federal Reserve. The beginning of an "act" to opress and enslave the citizens of the United States of America while empowering a select group to gain from this monetary policy.
