The Didache is a Christian text originating in the first to early second centuries, possibly coming out of Syria or Palestine. It was discovered at Constantinople in 1873 and gives teachings and practices for new converts. Its morals roughly parallel the teachings of the Epistle of Barnabas, and it gives a glimpse into the liturgical practices of the early church.
