German psychologist and is often considered the “Father of Modern Psychology.” He established the first psychological laboratory at the University of Leipzig in Germany in 1879, marking a pivotal moment in the history of psychology. Wundt's work laid the foundation for the development of psychology as a distinct scientific discipline. Wundt is often associated with structuralism, a school of thought that aimed to analyze the basic elements of consciousness relied on introspection as a primary method for studying mental processes (Blumenthal,1975).
