Though early and experimental, a "rock-paper-scissors" type game was introduced using the Counterparty protocol.

Though this addition was protocol level, this paved the way to simply use Counterparty Tokens as the intermediary between in-game assets and trustless blockchain ownership.

It was the first step towards trustless multiplayer games (such as poker and chess) that are fully decentralized and would pave the way towards other projects like Spells of Genesis and Sarutobi.
