Prior to the meeting to discuss the proposal with Muszy, several attempts by both Attila and Ghillie with separate meetings to talk with him and get him to enact new ideas and discuss current issues ended in them offering to do the work themselves. Muszy would instead say he would do it himself and proceed to not do so.

On the 7th of April, Attila, along with a few others, met with Muszy to talk over a document Attila had created within the prior week. It proposed to relieve Muszy from the Oberst position and pass it on to Attila, who would enact the changes they have been waiting on. These changes would include a restructure of both the companies and overall rank structure alongside the HQ and Mod team, a task sheet for the NCOs/COs, and the start of the transition between non-serious and serious play, just to name a few.

After listening to the proposal, Muszy seemed disappointed, but he said he was willing to work with and support it. Attila encouraged Muszy to take a week to think about it and later meet again so he wouldn’t regret it. Attila wanted to make it clear that it was all optional. Muszy declined, stating he was not wanting to draw it out and wanted it done.

Muszy originally seemed concerned over the rank he’d get afterward. Ideas like Oberstleutnant, Major, and Hauptmann were thrown about, in the end he picked Hauptmann due to ‘personal value’.

After that night closed, Attila would call Muszy twice within the next two days to make sure he was doing okay and that he was still good with the proposal. Muszy would say ‘yes’ on both occasions.
