In 1954 B.F Skinner released an article that disclosed "The science of learning and the art of teaching". This passage came out in the Harvard Review. The article discussed the current learning machines that were available for administration and teachers. In turn Skinner asked for feedback on the current products that were available. This then showed how user friendly or effective these machines were in instructional practices.
