The supermodel visited Shamrock Social Club with BFF Amber Heard, and emerged with a surprising design. While Cara had always had a knack for choosing unique tats, this one will surely surprise you.

For starters, Amber was responsible for the design, sketching out a serpentine skeleton that wound its way across the back of Cara's hand (that's one way to make your friends a part of the process!). From there, the duo left it in the hands of a pro, with celeb-favorite Dr. Woo stepping in to complete the brand-new ink. The result managed to perfectly tread the line between dainty and statement-making, and we're officially obsessed.
