The idea of this system, originally made by Muszy, was to create a more centralized, unified, and flexible 8thLR through not limiting specials to companies and instead having an overall priority system so that in theory, any person could play any special they wanted whenever it was available.

It was an attempt to stir away from company pride and to focus more on regimental pride, though outside of the High Kommand of the time (Muszy, Maggot, JV, and Mamba), it wasn't exactly a well-received change. Reception was mixed at best.
