The Silk Roads were an ancient trade route starting in China and spreading to the West from 130 B.C.E. until 1453 C.E. The Silk roads were a trade route that connected two major continents and many people. People with very different ideas and cultures ended up connecting sharing their ideas as they travel the routes. The silk road routes happened as a result of the ruler of the Chinese Han Dynasty through exploration and conquest as well as advncements in technology and polititcal stability increased trade, which made people find ways to travel and make money. These routes caused cultural diffusio throughout Asia as people were introduced to new ideas and goods. Art literature architecture and much more changed . religion is also something that spread through the routes. Judaism and Biddahism were introduced and people converted to these new religions. The silk road was one of the main components in the spread of tha black death which killed millions and millions of people and was the start of the Renaissance.
