After the controversial discussion about removing a vote from Fishing Union, Toobular created Friendship Union, a group that would discuss and vote on topics in a civil manner. The first meeting elected the leaders of Friendship Union and discussed the Bigotry of Fishing Union, Gang Violence on Mangrove Island, I8's Dark Past, Dogmilk Dickriding Staff, Project Beaconator: Based or Cringe?, and Usage of Membership Funds and Frequency of Meetings. EmeraldJaguar would be elected as Chief Communications Officer; Some__Thing would be elected as Chief Nug Officer; and Tiger_Try would be elected as Vice President.
