Amber Heard does not have a new billionaire boyfriend.

The actress, who is in the midst of a contentious divorce from Johnny Depp, spent time with tech guru Elon Musk in Miami last weekend, but a source tells PEOPLE the pair are not dating.

“Amber and Elon are friends and have been for a few years,” the source says. “Their work schedules overlapped in Florida over the weekend – Elon was there for the SpaceX launch and Amber was there with her sister for a shoot.”

Musk and Heard happened to be booked at the same luxurious hotel, the Delano South Beach, and the source says “the group hung out at the hotel” for privacy.

As for reports Musk and Heard were seen coming out of each other’s rooms, the source explains, “Elon let Amber and [her sister] use his larger room for privacy while he was out working.”
