Descrizione:

Mendez v. Westminister is a case between Chicano Parents and the school districts of California on the topic of segregation. The case make its way up to the California Supreme Court and they rule in favor of the parents and argue that segregation is a violation of constitutional rights. This would be a step towards the conclusion in Brown v. Board.
