Stalin was part of the Communist party and after Lenin’s death, rose to power and became leader of the nation. Before Lenin died, he said that Stalin was a dangerous man and not to give him power but that failed and Stalin had total command of the communist party by 1928.
-Stalin's rise to power caused and continued the Russian Revolution because he was a harsh leader just like the Czar. He punished many for opposing the government and became a dictator over the people of Russia.
