These texts have NOT come into evidence although having been presented to Bruce Within during his deposition we get an idea of Amber Heard’s communication to him:

“In Amber's top text it's talking about he's been pretty fucked up lately, plus crazy stress…Do you know what she means by real problems?”

THE JDC is of the opinion that texting such things especially to either sympathetic friends or those who were rivals for Johnny Depp’s time appears to be laying a seed. On one hand that any lateness would be blamed on drugs and alcohol and secondly that she would maintain a line of enquiry for news of Johnny’s location and movements.
