Spontaneous Bolshevik Uprising:- 10-20,000 Kronstadt sailors arrived armed in Petrograd.
- Lenin was not supportive of the uprising as he wanted to plan the Bolshevik takeover.
- it was crushed by provisional government
- Not good for the Bolsheviks: newspapers shut down and Lenin appealed for resrtaint.
