Johnny Depp had scratches showing on both his arms. These were very likely defensive wounds. Johnny also appeared to be hiding the left side of his face during the photoshoot, either with the angle to camera or with some hair pulled down in front of his ear. His injured finger was still covered by an Elastoplast some 6 months after the tip was severed in Australia.

Many have pointed to bruising on Johnny Depp’s face during The Kimmel Show on 9 September 2015. Again JD pulled hair in front of his ears and the angle used on that show had the left side of his face turned away from camera much of the time. He wore long sleeves despite the heatwave.

Therefore - the possible chronology - there was fight/altercation prior to The Kimmel Show and the scratches were not seen until 10 September - maybe even on the plane returning from Venice?

An ALTERCATION is an argument or a fight where Johnny Depp emerged bruised scratched, swollen or otherwise injured as a result of Amber Heard but is not included as one of AH's incidents as listed in the UK Trial.

An ALTERCATION further includes those times that Johnny Depp states he was insulted, derided, hit, had things thrown at him, was pushed, pulled, shoved or a witness saw him being attacked by Amber Heard.

Some ALTERCATIONS, in fact the majority, are supported by specifically taken photographs or captured on film at media events revealing Johnny's injuries. Others are included on the recordings, in texts or within Court documents.
