On March 18, 2015, after Heard had screened a version of the Producer's Cut, Heard's attorney wrote another letter to Nicola Six demanding that "all nudity and near-nudity" be removed from the picture, including scenes which contained no nudity at all. The letter also demanded that the Producer's Cut and the Director's Cut be "merged" into one cut pursuant to Nicola Six's and Cullen's approval. However, none of Heard's agreements with Nicola Six gave her the right to demand that "near-nudity" be removed from the Movie. Nor did her agreements give her the right to demand that various cuts of the Movie be merged.

The March 18 letter also stated that Heard would perform ADR on the picture "on
mutually approved dates, times and locations, which shall be supervised by Mr. Cullen." However, a month later, Heard's agent advised Nicola Six that she would only do ADR on the Director's Cut.
