Based on the Sri Bagh pact in 1937 made b/w the leader of Rayalaseema and Costal Andhra. Acc. to this capital should be established at Kurnool and HIgh Court at Guntur.

A committee was formed under Kailashnath Wanchoo to recommend the procedure for the formation of separate Andhra Pradesh.
