The 10-day outcome resulting in Charles I's death was the unfair trial that he sat through.
whilst Charles is in the carriage towards London he was told that he was going to be killed publically
of the year 1649 in January Charles would be strung to count and be imprisoned for the likes of tyranny/treason and murder but the equality of this judgement and the evidence could be challenged a lot.
day 1-3
Charles would win this day within summary as Charles knew that parliament didn't have a strong and legal term to hold him within court the first days were Charles being cheeky and wrapped the ring around parliament as Charles wouldn't answer the question of how he pleaded as
A. he didn't have to as he ask a simple question of why he was there
B. he knows when he said an answer the course could start the case and trail
Days 4-6
parliament released that they don't need Charles (victim) to be present to start the case so without Charles they would be no populating boost for Charles also parliament could get to the case and the evidence as they then tested 33 witnesses from the royalist army from the civil war to ask them if Charles but any threat of harm to the English people. in which all witnesses failed on Charles's side as they did say that Charles order brutal attacks.
Day 7-9
parliament where ready for an argument as they linked treason to clausing danger and harm to the people of England as being the king's power came made toward the people's population so when Charles said again why he was were parailemnt replied by saying he did do treason as there is evidence shown orders that he caused harm to the people. whilst in the civil war. and the case closers. then when that afternoon Cronwell forced everyone to sign the king's death as a punishment in which this 46 signed out of 158 which is shock so crowned would used persuasion and threats to finally get the 59 signed and named
Day 10
was the outcome of the trial which was that on the 30th of January 1649, Charles would be brought to court to then get his sentence and then he was taken away and executed.
