According to a recently published study by Interact Analysis, hydrogen internal combustion engines (H2 ICE) are expected to power 220,000 vehicles by 2035.

The hydrogen engine market is currently in development. 2035 is expected to see 220,000 vehicles powered by this technology on the market. Most shipments will be after 2030 for trucks and off-road equipment such as excavators, loaders and agricultural machinery. However, the challenging conditions in most applications mean that shipments will be a small minority of vehicles sold.
