After the Second Oipientian Civil War and the various failures by the Republican politicans in the government at the time led to the quick death of the party. While support for the party had been slowly losing traction throughout the years, the civil war and the Rven-Muksĩ libertarian terms led to its final demise.

The Oipientian Party of the Republic already had split previously with the creation of the Liberty Party of the Republic in 1797 but after the Ã.N.M. fell, a group of prolific nationalist republicans created the National Party (N.N.).
