7 nov 1946 anni - Híkisem Assassination Attempt
Descrizione:
During Tsivgale Tasak's speech at the Hikisem Stadium in Javipenta, a 67 year old man, Javik Ukreshkik, ran up to Tasak and fired a small pistol. However, Ukreshkik missed the shot while running up and accidentally hit the owner of the stadium, Fa Ihlheis, who survived. The assassin was arrested and sent to the Arkek Prison Complex where he would die about 2 months after his arrival.
Tasak, in reaction to the attempt, promptly focused on the event and had multiple people arrested and killed in suspicion of helping Ukreshkik in his actions. Around 13 people were suspected of aiding Ukreshkik and all 13 had been sent to various concentration camps. Only one survived to see his freedom though.
Rikjoert Tisis, a Grossyan-born lower school teacher, was arrested under the circumstance of conspiring with Ukreshkik in the assassination attempt. He was the last person to talk to Ukreshkik before the event but was actually innocent of any wrongdoing. Tisis was sent to the Líníme Concentration Camp which was burned down in 1952. In 1952, he was able to escape when the camp burned down. Tisis made his way to the Nuom occupation zone of Pethetho and joined the Nuom army. He fought against Oipienta for the rest of the war
In 1952, he was able to escape, alongside fellow prisoner, Rolísis Fesbotinee, while the camp was burning down. The two made their way to the town of Ãfmalèna, 24 miles southwest of the camp and stayed there to heal up before joining the invading Nuom soldiers. They both fought against Oipienta for the rest of the war. After the end of the 5th Hells War, Tisis and Fesbotinee parted ways and Tisis moved to Õyoi, Mahipenta in order to escape Tasak. He lived there until his death in 1988 at the age of 79.
