Descrizione:

Land reform:
- By 1913 almost two million peasant families had left village communes
- 1905 - 15 20 - 50% of peasants owned land
- 1906 - 13 agriculture increased from 45.9 million - 61.7 million tonnes
- Some peasants who owned land became loyal to the Tsar

Social Reforms:
- 1906 - 1912 number of primary schools doubled
- Local council's expenditure on health, poor relief and agriculture services also doubled

Industrial land reform:
- Working conditions didn't improve much
- These reforms began to slowly meet the 1905 Worker's Petition
