The British occupied the village of Camden in 1780. They dismantled the church using the lumber to build barracks for British soldiers. When the British abandoned Camden in 1781, they burned the barracks made from church lumber. They also burned all but two or three buildings, possibily homes.Aggiunto al nastro di tempo:
